a. Real-Time Tracking: Continuous monitoring and tracking of mobile medical devices within healthcare facilities to enhance operational efficiency and device management.
b. AI Data Interrogation: Advanced artificial intelligence tools that allow Users to query and analyze collected tracking Data using natural language processing, facilitating informed decision-making based on the gathered information.

3. Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you further represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. User Obligations
Users agree to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and usage of the Services.
• Use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or interfere with their proper functioning.
